Acknowledgement and Partnership (Honoring the Wholeness Within)
Namaste is a greeting used in India. This greeting is a way of honoring the wholeness within, a way of acknowledging the core of who we are and the source that joins us to all beings. In this workshop, we will honor the wholeness within ourselves and others through an exercise and discussion.
Strengthen the immune system, lower blood pressure, and promote emotional healing by participating in laughter exercises. This healing therapy originated in India and now laughter clubs are spreading all over the United States. You will come to the world in a different way when you can add more laughter to your day. This is not based on Joke telling.

A medical background for this training is not required. Anyone who wants to be a Certified Laughter Leader must show satisfactory completion of the basic 2 day leader training workshop. At the end of the workshop, you will be able to put CLL after your name! This training is approved for continuing education units (CEU's) for Activity Therapists, Nurses, Psychologists, Social Workers, Counselors, Marriage and Family Therapists.
